Agentic Property

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 July 2026

This policy explains how Fiedler Consulting (Sole Trader), ABN 45 227 650 699 — the interim operating entity for Agentic Property (“we”, “us”) — handles personal information collected through this website, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Entity note (as at 9 July 2026): Agentic Property is a venture in formation. The operating entity named above is interim and under review while its corporate structure is being established; we will update this policy when that completes.

What we collect

When you join the early-access waitlist we collect your email address, and we record technical and campaign data tied to your visit: the marketing campaign parameters (UTM tags) on the link you arrived through, your IP address and approximate country, and your browser/user-agent. We collect only what is reasonably necessary to operate the waitlist and measure our advertising.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

On every visit this site runs the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising pixel. It sets a first-party cookie (named “_fbp”) that gives your browser an identifier, and if you arrive from one of our ads it also records a click identifier (named “_fbc”). We use these to measure our advertising, and we share them with Meta as described below. You can limit or clear cookies through your browser settings.

Why we collect it

If you don’t provide an email address we can’t add you to the waitlist. Joining is voluntary — you need not identify yourself to browse the site; some technical information (your IP address and cookies) is collected automatically, as described above.

Consent and marketing email

By submitting the form you consent to receiving the email described above. Every email includes a clear, free, one-click unsubscribe that needs no account or login; we action unsubscribe requests within 5 working days. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party providers to run the waitlist and our advertising measurement. These include our email/CRM platform (Loops), our hosting and serverless backend (Cloudflare), and the advertising platform we report conversions to (Meta). Email addresses sent to Meta’s Conversions API are hashed before they leave our server. If we run LinkedIn advertising in the future, we may share hashed conversion data with LinkedIn in the same way.

Overseas disclosure

Several of these providers (including Loops, Cloudflare and Meta, and LinkedIn if we use it in the future) store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. Where we disclose personal information overseas we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs, and we remain accountable for it under the Privacy Act.

Storage and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. You can ask us to access or correct your information, or to delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one shown here, with the “last updated” date at the top; where a change is material we will note it.
